Example Daily Schedule

• 07:45am: Small morning snack and lemon/ginger water

• 08:00am: Morning with healing modalities & spiritual practices. Relax and integrate in the EESystem™

• 10:00am: Brunch

• 11:30am – 5:00pm: Quiet moments in the EESystem™, enjoy the beauty and energy of the surrounding nature, visit the spa & free time

• 5:00pm: Afternoon program mit healing modalities & spiritual practices

• 7:00pm: Dinner

• 9:00pm: Peaceful integration in the EESystem™ for overnights (overnights 9.00pm – 7.00am in the EESystem™)​

SPA

Narzissen Therme Salt Water Spa is a short drive away. The highlight of the spa is the large salt crystal and salt cave, which invites you to slow down and relax as you float effortlessly in warm salty water. ACCOMODATION

Our accommodations are conveniently located on-site in a beautifully decorated, cozy wooden house. The house features inviting communal spaces and a kitchen stocked with tea and beverages, providing a welcoming environment for relaxation and connection.

Meals will be served just a short walk away, in a separate house that is only a couple of minutes on foot. This arrangement ensures you enjoy both convenience and tranquility during your stay.

Meals are nourishing, vegetarian, organic (whenever possible).

• Check in Wednesday: 2pm
  Check out Sunday: 12pm

• Meditations, breathwork etc. are partly held in English.
